is something wrong or am i missing something?
you say "Every time your site shows someone else's ad, you earn 1 credit. When you earn 2 credits, your ad will be shown on someone else's site once."
Fortune says "When your Spottt ad shows up twice on a site, you return the favor by showing that site’s ad once."
i'm confused.

I think Spottt is great. My site is getting some exposure through Spottt and I know that as the service grows the number of views will increase.

It's interesting to go "spottthopping" as well, jumping to one site to the next through the spot ads. Since most of the sites are relatively new, you never know what you're going to find.

Phil -

Love the service. Great idea. And we are getting a fair number of clicks from it. So thanks.

However i have one complaint/recommendation.

Your requirement that our spottt ad links to the same page on our website were your spottt appears is problematic. The reason is, ideally we would like to bring anyone clicking on our ad to our landing page. This is where we summarize what our site does, how it works etc. We do not, (nor does any site i know of) have ads on our landing page.

The problem is, since we do not, and will not, show ads on our landing page, we can not show your Spottt ad there, which means we can not bring anyone who clicks on our spottt ad to that page. WE are therefore required to dump anyone who clicks on our spott add, right into the middle of the site.

While you guys are giving us like 60 clicks a day, so far our conversion rate is like 2%. Just as point of reference, our google ads, where we bring people to the landing page - our conversion rate is 28%. I know its not apples to apples, but its a good measuring stick.

Any way this requirement, that you link to the same page the spottt ad appears on can be ignored on a case by case basis.

Just an idea. Feel free to email me at the email entered. Thanks again for the great service.

lol. I love the comment, "It’s very unfortunate. Microsoft could have been very, very big"!

Very tongue in cheek.
